Ok I need some help, to make a long story short my case was denied, reaffirmed and was received back at the embassy about a month ago. How long will it take them to scedule another interview? I am confused and they will not email me back when I email them to ask them. Also how long will my husbands medicals be good for? Is it a year? and after that what do they have to be redone? Thanks in advance.

check in with NVC and DoS, often ...

At some point, NVC will know when the casefile was opened at the Embassy

and at some other point, DoS will know when the interview is scheduled.

But - you must call.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
