regardless of anything going on elsewhere, the comments he highlighted were disgusting. it's ok to be disgusted by them even when far worse things happen all of the time.

enjoy your bowl of soup. i'd rather have a nice bowl of halal tom kha gai than anything campbell's makes though.

No, what I implied is that I can understand Kosher practices that have been around for three thousand years. Islam has been around for what 14 centuries and not deviated one bit might I add.

The first prophet of Islam was Adam; the final prophet was Muhammad(pbuh). So, Islam did not begin in 6th century Arabia, it was sealed there. There has been quite a bit of deviation since.
