I-601 from Islamabad

Hey All,I had a visa interview in Islamabad yesterday and got visa denied for following reason

x i have been involved in crime involving moral tripute(I used false ID in Uk and was sentecd 12 months imprisonment and than deportation back to Pakistan)

x i am eligible to file waiver.

Now I want to know how long does it take to get 1-601 approved from Islamabad and if any one have idea how much is success rate ( i have my attorney working on waiver now ) from Islamabad.

Find out where USCIS Jurisdiction for I601 takes place, which sub-office handles the application and then look for other people on this and other forums who have also gone through that sub-office. That should get you some idea of how long it takes based on reports from people coming out of the same office.

Not sure on success rate, it depends on the quality of the packet, the hardship and all the evidence in support of your claims of hardship to the qualifying relative.
