Hello All,

My wife and I had our interview for AOS on September 16th in Houston, TX. The interview was short but I was asked for "more evidence". Apparently, the medical examination form was not completed by the doctors office as per USCIS requirements. I had the form redone and sent it in. I have USPS return receipt that it was delivered on September 20th. So far (2.5 weeks) there has been no change in case status.

Has anyone had this experience? How long did USCIS take to update the case?

According to the evidence request form, I had to submit the evidence by October 16th or my AOS request could be denied. I am afraid that if there is no status change soon, USCIS might deny my case and I would have to re-apply.

I have requested an Info-Pass meeting for October 8th, but I am not sure if that will help.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Rob
