Honestly I don't think there really was a reason.... We had everything in order.... His interveiwer was jus being a butt... Maybe she was having a bad day..... Maybe she didn't like the fact that I am black and muslim and wear hijab..... She only asked a couple of questions about my parents and my siblings only asked 1 question about me and that was why did he want to marry me.....Kept our photo album for 3 days.... Didn't even ask for any of the other evidence.... I don't know maybe she was just having a bad day

im sorry this happened to u..........is pretty much what they did with ours they held it until validity date had passed then returned it as expired .........seems they use that excuse to not issue a visa if they can not find any other reason to deny it

It's a shame that they don't properly review those cases and let them expire. You should have at least been given a proper explanation...Sorry to hear that. But now you have a trip to Morocco and wedding to look foward to :luv: . Hopefully the CR1 process goes smooth and quickly for you. Take care.

Thanks everyone for your kind words.... I really appreciate it...... We will never give up :0) As far as we are concerned we are husband and wife in the sight of Allah ( the so called "engagement party" which is done in Morocco is a modification of a wedding just without the "certificate") Had I known we would be going through this we would have just done the CR-1 in the first place.... If it weren't for my daughter I would move to Morocco to be with him..... Insha'allah I will be able to go to Morocco in December and we will "LEGALLY" marry and file the CR-1....

May Allah bless us all with patience and make the process easy for all of us.... Ameen :0)
