According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Deserved is not the right word here.

If a teenager scratches my car, surely he doesn't deserve for me to literally break his finger, but he should not have touched my car. It's not as if he was just sitting there and I bothered him for no reason.

There is only so much anyone can take before they push back.

most police forces have mental fitness examinations, etc. to weed out nutcases like you though. though they are imperfect, and some real sociopaths manage to slither through.
