So next time a 5 year old girl gets dengue fever from a mosquito, let her die?

at the clinic where i work, along with hundreds of others in oregon, we give dozens of state-provided vaccines to kids every day, under the vaccines for children program. we should probably quit that too-it'll be better for society to have millions of small children contracting vaccine preventable diseases, with those diseases spreading amongst themselves. as long as the diseases just stay confined to those icky poor people who can't afford vaccines of course. hopefully the pathogens that cause those diseases get the memo too, and know not to infect any insured kids before they get the whole series of vaccines completed. that'd be tragic.

you can always have doctors and nurses on standby watching the good insured kids and swooping in the moment a pathogen shows up in his or her vicinity.

typical liberal, always looking at short term costs.

sure, the suggested approach may cost more in our lifetime but look at the value add to the species as a whole that would result from the extermination of the less fortunate. yes, i know we don't believe in evolution, but can you imagine the evolutionary impact of such a transformation in how we do things? it would be tremendous (if evolution were real, which we know it is not).
