Hi,

For I-130, is it ok, if after marriage, husband and wife have lived together for only 10 days (returned to US) after that.

In the following question (Q 21, I-130):

If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country)?

Is it ok, along with the address, if I just mention from and to dates as : 09/2010 to 09/2010?

Thanks.

It is fine. I lived with my wife for exactly 10 days also. I got my approval without any problem.

You should include the day also. Rather than 09/2010 to 09/2010, fill out 01/09/2010 to 10/09/2010. This doesn't leave any room for interpretation. And that's exactly how I did mine.

That's fine, but don't leave it blank. In fact don't leave any fields blank.

Hi, looking at your processing dates I see that you requested senator's inquiry 29-SEP-2010

and 2 days after you were approved. Right now I'm waiting for approval I petitioned for a I 130 for my husband

back in August 2010, I'm getting inpatient, just wondering what exactly is a senator's inquiry and do you think

that by requesting this it got your case approved faster?
