Yes, as long as you send it to the USCIS then it doesn't matter where you send it from.

Absolutely !

Usually is some concept of 'USA Address' on the I-129F form and G-325A - but if you don't have one, ya don't have one, and IF yer living in China for the duration -

you'll need to be able to prove up 're-establishing US domicile' on interview day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
