It would not be meaningful to even report on such a metric, spooky. Australia is on the way to become a province of China, for all practical purposes. So why report a metric that carries with it the false implication that Australia is a sovereign and independent nation?

You're right. There was no need for me to even ask that question. It's not like Australia is a significant part of world affairs not matter how nice it may be to live there. I just try to ask a legitimate question now and then to see how these preposterous are even made.

While people like you guys play these childish games, it is them who is killing it. But hey, whatever helps you guys sleep at night.

Just strange to me that when you talk about Latin Americans representing over half of Americas population in x years, you do not see this as some sort of takeover; as you don't see the 20 million here illegally. Yet FDI, amounts to a take over - "a province".

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Do you sleep well in America?

I hope you've been practicing your Mandarin. You're gonna need it.

On the bright side, I hear Chinese college girls will jump into a hot tub with just about anyone. Something to look forward to when you're old and bitter.

No one on here has any idea about trade or anything, this just illustrates that.

While you went off on some baseless rant, you missed the salaries mentioned in the article. How many people earn anything even close to that here?

He sleeps very well knowing that should his career in the U.S. take a nosedive, there's always a back-breaking and lungs-destroying quarry job waiting for him in the outback.

That's funny because everyone I graduated with is earning over $130K [$126K USD] in Aus, with a company car and a range of other fringe benefits. Yourself? What are you earning? What are you worth? What do you own?

PS with that being the base.

Well, I am sure it is significant to China. Kind the same way Kansas is significant to us.

It would be kinda a shame when China suffers a slight setback and then Oz land tumbles big time. Then we will have to hear them whining even more than they do now. (And that is a lot) Of course then the U.S. will have to come along and pick up the pieces..........again.

Every country has their setbacks. (Remember Japan and they seemed invincible) The U.S. could right now do a few things and even one of them would trip China up economically. Of course we do need to decide if we want to harm our supposed allies who are now trying to align with China but I say screw them. They need to learn a hard lesson one day.

I will laugh when China takes actually ownership of the Spratly's and I know that Aussie land will just say, "No problem" as they are powerless to say anything else. Bend over and take it like the little girlies y'all are. Maybe one day that country will grow some balls but doubt it in my lifetime.rofl.gifrofl.gifrofl.gifrofl.gifrofl.gif
