Please help if i missed something....we'll gonna send the AOS/EAD soon...just need u guys to check...just to be sure...Thanks....

1. Form I-485 and accompanying money order payment of $325.

2. Form I-765 and accompanying money order payment $180.

3. Form I-864 Affidavit of Support.

4. Money order payment for Biometrics fee of $70.

5. Copy of the Intending Immigrant’s passport.

6. Copy of the Intending Immigrant’s valid I-94.

7. Copy of the Intending Immigrant’s Visa.

8. Copy of the Intending Immigrant’s Birth Certificate.

9. Copy of the Marriage License & Certificate.

10. Four passport size photo of the Intending Immigrant.

11. Four passport size photo of the U.S. citizen spouse.

12. Form G-325A (4 copies) – Intending Immigrant.

13. Form G-325A (4 copies) – U.S. citizen spouse.

14. I-693/Copy of Physical Examination and Vaccination Document

from a USCIS Designated Civil Surgeon.

15. Copy of I-797 Notice of Action, Approval Notice.

16. Copy of U.S. Citizen Spouse’s Passport.

17. Copy of U.S. Citizen Spouse’s Birth Certificate.

18. Copy of W-2 and Income Tax Return of a U.S. citizen spouse for the year 2003, 2004, 2005.

19. Employment Letter of U.S. citizen Spouse.

20. Copy of Pay slips of the U.S. citizen Spouse.

LyN....assuming your forms are filled out correctly, the package looks good! But as far as I know, you don't need copies of USC passport, birth certificate, G-325A, or USC photos. Also you should probably attach the copies of W-2, Income Tax Refunds, employment letter, and pay slips to the I-864 form. And make sure to copy the front/back of I-94. Good luck!

LyN....assuming your forms are filled out correctly, the package looks good! But as far as I know, you don't need copies of USC passport, birth certificate, G-325A, or USC photos. Also you should probably attach the copies of W-2, Income Tax Refunds, employment letter, and pay slips to the I-864 form. And make sure to copy the front/back of I-94. Good luck!
