The K-1 petitioner or the K-1 beneficiary must call the Embassy in order to schedule an interview.

If you have not received an email or a letter from the Embassy about scheduling your interview, you should call the National Visa Center (NVC) and get your MNL case number. Then call the Embassy and set an interview appointment.

You need 2 call them for a schedule. Most likely they won't do december until the first 2 weeks of november. They are scheduling november appointments now. Is there any reason you want a december interview over a november? Most people want them sooner not later.

The reason for December interview is because we have delays on my sons passport he wont have it till middle of November....and with his medical dont want to schedule interview till first week of December.

gotcha  All you can do is call and see if they will schedule out in december now...but no harm in waiting until the first week of november to call. Typically that is how they schedule...only one month out.

Hi Kevin...

K-1erz can schedule their interview as soon as the NVC sends their K-1 packet to the USEM and the USEM enters it into their system.
