Help :unsure: I have to do this for my stepsons. How do i word it for a minor? I am just not sure how to word it. Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you. I spoke to NVC and they said that my husband has to do it as the biological parent.

You mean the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form?

You'd just have to fill out the form for each child: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/80023.pdf You may designate yourself or your spouse as the agent (am assuming both of you have US addresses)

Since your kids are minors, you may sign for them. In the space provided for the signature, write <Your Name> on behalf of MINOR <Your Child's Name>

I didnt write "on behalf of" I just signed my name and wrote mother...is that alright?

That should be ok too, no worries...the other notation is just more specific.
