Guys on my I-130 for my spouse and kids I have a query. On question 22.if my relative is not in the US do I still fill out the American Consular post abroad or do I write N/A?

Write the City and Country name under this section ,"If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:" . For example in india your area is under New Delhi consulate then write City : New Delhi Country: India , or if the city is Mumbai or Chennai then Mumbai or Chennai.

If your submiting separate I-130 for kids then write their names and relationship in Que.22 D(1)
