iF I DIDNT WORK AT ALL IN 2009, WHAT DO I SEND FOR THE I864?

JUST PAY STUBS FOR THIS WHOLE YEAR?

IM JUST TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING READY FOR WHEN I GET MY APPROVAL.

IM JUST TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING READY FOR WHEN I GET MY APPROVAL.

You would need a statement stating why you didn't file a tax return with the IRS, referencing the IRS rule that allows that).

You would also include 6 months of paystubs, and a letter from your employer (start date, type of employment, salary). (does your current job salary meet the income level needed?)

I would also suggest to include 2007,2008 tax returns if you have them. (to show employment previously)

You may also want to check your "CAPS" lock key - it appears stuck...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
