Hello All, We just got married, I am the USC and am preparing to file the I-130 to bring my wife and her son to the US. Her son is 8 months old, does he require a separate I-130? Also does he require a G325A, seems senseless for an 8 month old, but I work for the government so Im used to senseless.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, he requires a separate I-130. No, children who are 14 years old or older require G-325As :)

Hello

I sent to my husband G-325a for my 14 years old daughter. Don't know if they need, but I think it will not be problem if no.

Want to ask here question.

I sent to my husband copy of certificats with translation just one copy of each. But for my daughter my husband will send separate package with form I-130. So he needs to put there same copies of certificats as in mine package: one more our Marrige certificate, my Merrige certificate with father of my daughter, certificate of divorce??.. Or for package of my daughter he do not need to send same documents?

Thank you.
