Thanks,

Yes... I recommend emailing them. You can't email the form but can the format.

Yes contact nvc and provide your email will save u that 1-2 week time frame it takes to receive information the nvc sends.

So by providing the email will i get just the status updates faster or I will they email the forms as well? Also, I just got back after visiting my wife. I had her sign all the forms DS-3032 and DS-230 Part one. How do I generate the barcode which I need to place on those forms?

And when I call the rep to provide our email addresses do I need to mention something specific about it or just ask them to add our emails addresses?

You need to email DS-3032. Wait a week or so for the IV fee bill generation. If generated, DS-3032 is accepted. Else, you can mail the DS-3032 hardcopy.

Since I had my wife sign the papers, should I generate the barcode myself? Is this link still valid http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/DS-3032_barcode_instructions ?

Also, I just paid the $88 fee last night. Should I wait for it to process or email/mail the Agent of Choice form now?

Thanks,

Gagan

ya, 'self generating barcode' is not so useful, anymore,

as IF yer using the online payment portal -

the barcoding is 'available' via the coversheets that are generated inside the portal -

have a read? --> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
