is it true guys that now both the permanent residents and citizens filing for spouses..the processing time is same, around 5 months?

yes at the USCIS stage to have the case adjudicated. However if the family member is overseas then the us citizen's case shoot off immediately while the permanent resident maybe left at the starting line depending on where the visa bulletin dates are.
