When I sent in my I-751 package to remove conditions, I think I forgot to put a copy of my passport in it.

Should I send one right away, or wait for an RFE? I was thinking don't send it cause it might make more problems then waiting for an RFE if they want one?

No point in sending on now, they won't match it to your paperwork. Just wait till you get an RFE (If you do)

** moved from "AOS (Family)" to "ROC" as the OP is applying for ROC **

Responding preemptively to an anticipated RFE doesn't work, and doesn't help. They don't have the organizational skills to match the new documents you are sending to your existing file in anything even vaguely resembling a timely manner. Wait until they send you an RFE - that way they'll be expecting you to send something, and it will go much more smoothly.

Passport copy is not required and does not carry any weightage in the required set of documents. Important documents in this process are those that prove your relationship and life together as a married couple.

We did not include and were not asked for it. We have been approved recently.

Why are the letters RFE being thrown around so loosely? This is ROC so passport has no place in this process. Majority of us got approved without sending copies of our passports. It is only NEEDED during AOS but not ROC. Good luck.
