I'm happy to report I've just checked the USCIS tonight site and got this message: On February 3, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

I don't think there is a difference... Vermont is just terribly slow. I'm sure all of the winter storms didn't help matters either. It was the same way when we went through the CR1 process 2 years ago

I think i got good news!!!!! i got an email saying my case was approved ... i dont want to get to excited... im just waiting for the formal letter that was sent to me...

Well yesterday I when getting the mail out the mail box I had received my new greencard. A few hours later I got a text message and and email saying my case had been approved on the 7th of April and got my greencard the next day.

I am so happy to have out USCIS out my life for quite a while.

Got the approval letter today! I am impressed at how fast the approval came given our biometrics was rescheduled to mid-March due to weather issues. I guess they didn't move us to the back of the line.

i got my approval email on friday as i posted, today i got the formal letter saying my case was approved, now heres the best thing, in another envelope i got my greencard !!!!!!!, i never got the letter saying that they order my card, i just got a email and the letter today saying post decision activity : your case have been approved....

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On April 8, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

so here is my advice to everyone that is waiting still, your case might be approved but what takes time is the process of updating your file and sending you the email, i mean look at my case approval on the 8th and greencard in the mail on monday? doesnt the gc takes time to make ?

so please dont panic and stay possitive !!!!!

im still waiting...i was liivng in miami last week, now i am in california and will move again this week to oregon, i am very confused right now about my case cause dont know if the fact of coming to the west coast will make them transfer my case to california and if that will mean another 6 months of wait. this is just messing with my life and plans....had a trip planned to dubai to visit my husband and everything got screwed up, he had to come back to the states and i couldnt get to see dubai.

by the way i think lilycarter already got her interview and she was approved.
