how come VSC is approving people from january and havent finished with october...so unfair!!...this waiting is messing with my life and plans...

what a contradiction, i have to wait for them to give me a green card so i can travel to see my husband (the american citizen) who is working in the middle east.

im kinda starting to get worried was approved march 11th and never got my green card... is it too early to worry about it? it's just seems like everyone is getting their GC few days after the approval except me :bonk:

at least you got your approval letter, im still waiting and its just killing me, should i call for an info pass ?

IMO VSC has never being fair. They certainly don't deal with cases in order they receive them. I waited a year for my initial visa (sat on a shelf at VSC for more than 6 months untouched) so this waiting around is just par for the course. I've kinda got past frustration and given up really lol :blink:

Hi Everyone

Congratulations to everyone who received their Greencards !

I also filed in October, and have just received an RFE for more evidence. We submitted a lot of evidence, but they must consider it soft evidence (which it is), as we now have this RFE. We submitted affadavits, 1 tax return, travel itineraries, and some personal things, but this is clearly not enough.............

Thanks, and sorry to drop a sad bomb on the thread, as its full of such lovely news recently!
