did they need my wife attend to register

if me and my fiance get married here in egypt and in case we need to register the marrige papers to go throw the cr1 visa application ,

did they need her attend ( american wife ) to register the marriage liecnes in the usa embassy in egypt

or im the egypation husband can do this and register the marriege alone ,if she overseas and dont had enough time to stay in egypt to register it at the embassy before she left to america

Why do you need to register it there? Are you sure you need to? I read you only need to go to "El shahr el 3akary" to register.

You don't "Register" a marriage, you will just need to prove that you were legally married in the other country (Egypt) when the I-130 Petition is filed.
