I'm filing in the I-765 work authorization form for my fiance and question 16 has me confused: 16. Go to Part 2 of the Instructions, Eligibility Categories. In the space below,

place the letter and number of the category you selected from the instructions

(For example, (a)(8), ©(17)(iii), etc.).

I looked over the choices but I am overwhelmed with the numbers and letters. I believe the right answer should be (a) (6) but would like a second opinion. Once we are married and I want to have as much filled out for the AOS so I can send it away as soon as possible.

I follows the Example Forms and all went OK.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Unfortunately for me the form I-765 and instructions on the uscis.gov website have been revised and the example form on here is not updated. I'd hate to receive a RFE because the form was not filled out correctly. I quit working on the forms for a while and now that I returned I am able to concetrate better and I'm pretty sure I have it correct.
