NVC received IV Bill Package on September 10, 2010. I called this week and the operator is telling me that it will take 6-8weeks for the sign failed and one more week for the case to be closed. Can anyone give me a better accurate response to the wait time?

she gave you accurate information. Once SIF occurs, the case file/s go under a final review which takes 1-2 weeks. The response time for interview depends on the interview dates and how soooon they become avaliable in Burkina Faso. Checj the consulate reviews for Burkina Faso.

Yes that would be correct. It could be less, but it shouldn't be longer than that. And if anything is missing or incomplete they will send you an RFE letter. Hopefully it won't be the case! Good luck.
