Hello everyone! I am living right in between Orlando and Daytona, I came here the beginning of August after having lived in Alexandria for most of the last year and a half with my husband. We chose Florida because for one, I have family here so a great support system and previously I lived in Fort Worth for about 10 years and from a personal standpoint the 2 job markets seem very similar at least in experience and although Texas wasn't bad it just never grew on me :D I am very happy here in Florida, job situation could be a little bit better but certainly no worse than anywhere else. I am planning on returning to school in the Fall to complete my nursing degree so that will help tremendously, my husband has lots of really good work experience which I hope will help him to find a decent job as quickly as possible once he arrives. I see several fellow members live not too far from me, good to know I am in such good company as quite often through this process and living in a new place without my hubby I feel a little isolated.

I apologize, I think I may have gotten a lil off topic :D...I am just happy to see other people near me and especially with spouses from same country as mine...it's no substitute for Alexandria but I think it's a pretty good runner up
