Ok, so an other week passed by without sending the I-129f package

Everything is sooo ready to go, but yet we discovered an other problem.

My fiance (US citizen) has 2 residences, one in South East Texas, and in Pittsburgh (PA)

He is a DD, Directional Driller, and because he has to work all over the place and has to move a lot, can we do the following thing:

Can we use his moms address and fill in her address on all the forms? She is, ofcourse, way more often at home so whenever we receive something about our K-1 package, she can send it to my fiance.

My fiance is never home, but we aren't for sure if we are allowed to fill in his moms home address..

PLEASE LET US KNOW --> ON WHAT FORMS <--- we have to fill in his home address and what forms we need to fill in the post address, because I'm getting so frustrated not sending out the package since we gathered everything, and so on.

Please leave a comment, after you read this... because it is still unclear to me :s

THANK YOU!!!!

You have asked this question already. The answer is pure simpicity. the address on his drivers license is his HOME address. He can specify ANY OTHER United States address as a MAILING ADDRESS. Yes that can be his mother.

Fill it out and send it.

I agree. During our K-1 process I used my mom's home address, but I was staying there at the time. However after the K-1 was completed we will use the new address on the other forms for AOS. So just put his mothers address and it should be fine. And like you said, at least someone will be home to get the mail and give it to your fiance.

Gary,

I looked at the forms, there is only one address field on the I-129f and only one (for present) on G325a. Are you suggesting that a mailing address be specified on a supplement? If there is a specific field for mailing address, could you specify the form and question number?

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

More detailed time line in profile.
