Well, I just sent in my I-130 yesterday but now i'm freaking out....I felt like i knew what was going to happen and i wouldn't have to worry but now that it's gone i realize there is so much I do not know...and i find myself questioning...What if i didn't send enough evidence? What if the fee waiver request gets denied...I don't have the money for the application...What if my parents change their minds and wont sponsor...*sigh* This i hard to deal with and it makes it worse not knowing what is to come...I know about the NOA1 and NOA2 but then what? What does my spouse do? what if we don't do it in time....man...stress!~! lol Maybe I just felt like venting but if you have any helpful info....that would be great! :)

Relax and don't overthink everything. Post any questions you may have here. Hopefully your petition will be adjudicated by USCIS without you receiving an RFE. Do as ghanagal said and gather your evidence as you go, it will be needed for the interview.

Good luck on your journey!

I'm still worried about choosing the K3 or....the other one haha I can't remember all these names....and do they send you everything to let you know what to do? or do I have to figure it out on my own? What interview? my husbands in Bogota?(do i need to be there) or do we have an interview together later? blah lol this is just crazy... anoter big question is the medical exam....how does my husband go about finding everything he needs as far as vaccinations and getting it documented?

THe cr-1. And there isn't really much of a choice, you can file the I-129F for the K-3 but it will likely be closed at NVC. So the only option you'll be left with will be the Cr-1.

They do send you stuff, so you know what to do. But if you wait until they send stuff, it'll add months to the case.

Start reading the guides, it's all there -step by step so you know what to do

Maybe ask your questions at the local forum for more regional answers

Good luck

They will send you what you need to do, but also you can find great information here on VJ and the regional forum Colombianos con CR1 and start preparing for the visa process

I forgot your other questions:

Only your husband will have an interview in Bogota, you don´t need to be there, although many couples attend together, is not required by the embassy, the presence of the petitioner does not guarantee anything.

Your husband will received the package 4 (appointment letter) with the instructions to get the medical tests and other documents that he has to bring for his interview, check this file, the documents and medicals are the same por K3 or CR1: appointment package
