Hello Vjers.

I have 2 questions that need clarification:

1. Is filing for change of address needed if I moved from one state to another e.g. OR to GA?

2. Do I need to file for change of address if I moved to different house address but same state?

Thank you

Any change of address requires the non-USC to file the AR-11 and the USC to file the I-875. Doesn't matter if you just move down the street (as we did :) ) if your address changes they want to know. Good luck!

Living together is one of primary requisite for ROC. However all situations are not idealistic.

On suggestion - If your Oklahoma lease has both your names on it, then you can technically file I-865. This makes it that you are residing with your wife in Oklahoma and are travelling to New York (I guess it is correct) for your work - I trust that you guys are getting together for weekend.

Let us know about your lease/ home ownership situation and we may be able to chip in our suggestions better.
