Basically you've done what is standard in the Philippines and made your maiden name your middle name, removed your "old" middle name altogether and made your husbands surname your own.

Unfortunately this is not a legal change typically. You will need to go with your middle name prior to your marriage and your husbands last name, unless you apply for a court order to change your middle name.

So you will need to write First name, Tores, husbands last name on your AOS application unless you pay for the court order (or your marriage certificate allows it, but even then people have had issues).

I did the same thing and my aos was approved.I live in CA so it might be different in every state.

AOS will typically allow it, it's when you come to Naturalisation that people have mentioned issues. It's not a legal change so be prepared if the time comes to pay the naturalisation fee again after finding your first application in your "fake" name is denied and having to change ALL your paperwork to your legal name, or pay for a legal name change yourself. The girl I remember most who talked about this also complained her GC allowed the change so she didn't think it would be an issue.
