voice mail?? is she calling the right number?

Information from our blue slip said:

Call the Visa Information Service at 876-621-0252 to schedule a time to return.

In order to call the Visa Information Service you need to purchase a PIN. ~ does she have a pin?

The cost of the PIN is $13 US dollars and can be paid via credit card over the phone, or in person at any NCB.

The PIN allows you 8 minutes or talk time

hope this helps...

You can purchase over the phone with a credit card, call the same number above and follow the prompts to purchase a pin.

Once the pin is generated via phone, you can use it right away to speak to a rep.

*note If she goes into a NCB branch and purchases the pin there, she will not be able to use it until the following day.

best of luck (F)

ALSO, she will need her passport information when she makes the call ;)

Richard question do you have to be a us citizen in order to file for parents. Or can one file for parents as a unconditional permnant resident.

Sorry Ricardo* missp

Lol, it's ok.

No, oonly a us citizen can petition a parent and he/she MUST be 21 or older. A permanent resident can tho.... File for his/her kids/spouse.
