I-134 Affidavit of Support

There is a place on the form I-134 (Line 3) to "capture" the responsibility piece for your Fiance and her children.

As other more senior members have indicated, this form is simply a "reality check" of your financial ability to carry the financial burden. However, as stated, it is not a "binding" document for responsibility. More like "ability" to support.

Take a look at line 3 of the I-134.

Good luck.

my question is about the I-134. my fiancee has two young daughters who will travel with her(soon i hope) do i fill out a separate affidavit for all 3 or will one suffice? thanks for any feedback

Hagios,

I only had to do one, but I think I've seen some posts from people reporting that they had to do one for each person. (You will have to do one I-864 for each person for their adjustment.)

This may be one of thos consulate-specific items.
