They can also try to come to the U.S. on a work visa, if they have the appropriate skills and a job offer.

I would also recommend that they apply for the diversity visa, in which folks are picked out randomly each year.

Since leaving your sisters behind is not an option you can:

A) File for your sisters and wait 9 years or so until they get their interviews scheduled and then file for your parents. If you wait until all of their interviews are scheduled and then file for parents, your sisters will probably get to the US 6 to 10 months before your parents do.

B) Work visas for all of your sisters first and then file for your parents. This would be much quicker. Depending on how quickly your sisters can find an employer who will sponsor them.

C) Since your sisters are unmarried, if they fall in love and decide to marry a USC or a Canadian Citizen they would be taken care of and then you can file for your parents. Since the US and Canada have very friendly relations travel between the two countries is very easy. Both countries also have a very high standard of living. Caution: Egypt is considered a high fraud country for immigration. If they plan on marrying a USC then their relationship had better be legitimate. There are very harsh penalties for immigration fraud. I do not know anything about Canada's immigration policy.

If there ever is CIR then being able to sponsor a sibling may well go.

Just something else to bear in mind.

There is a six month window between being issues a visa and being able to travel so it is quite possible to time it so they could all travel at the same time.
