I'm a USC and trying to bring my family of parents and 2 19years old sisters and my 25 year old sister and neither one of them are married, what's the best way to bring all of them in together? and the time that the process take?

Thanks in advance.

i have an idea, but please try to refer also to others who will comment on this matter.

i would assume you got ur USC via naturalization.. if then, you can petition your parents right away.. they can be there in about 8 months.. but im not sure with your siblings. i think it would take time.. because they need to file an f4 visa which is fourth preference. and depending on the country where they are, the visa would have to be limited to a number of person depending on the priority date. please visit www.uscis.gov. for further details..

For the siblings the wait time is currently about nine years. Check the visa bulletin category F-4 here. Therefore if you want to bring the all at the same time go ahead and file for the siblings now and about 8 months prior to their priority date file for your parents.

it's better that you file for each parent. the petitions are filed separatly. when they become LPL they can file for you siblings. If you file for them it takes a very long time, more than 9 years. and even longer depending on which country they are from.

ok so if my parents become LPR and they file for my sisters that are over 19 years old (not married), how long does it take for my sisters to come?

ok i filed for my parents back in march 2010. I'm awaiting an interview for them. Been 7 months from start->current

IF What I would recommend that you do is Submit the I-130 for your Mom/Dad.. The total process takes 8-12 months. The moment your parents gets addmitted to the USA and gets the Green Card in the Mail can submitt the forms for the Current 19 y/o. (note - if they JUST TURNED 19 like less than 6 months ago then) submit the form now for your Mom/Dad.

Also, I would recommend that you submit the form I-130 for your Sister.. why because your mom's case is gonna take approx 1 year. She'll need to have her GC for 5 years to apply for CitizenShip .. so 5+1 = 6. Apply for citizenship Currenty takes 4-6 months* MOM/DAD turns around and submitt I-130s in say in 2016 on basis USC filing for Married Son/Daughter and you can expect MAYBE that case to take 5-9 years... just guessing. And by then the sister/s you submitted the I-130s would probably have then in the U.S. by then.

What do you think..?

sounds good, but the problem is that my parents will never leave my sisters back home alone at all.

i wish there was a way that it would even take like 4 or 5 years for all of them to come together.

then there's not much you can do. You can file for your sisters now, one i130 for each. Would they leave them if they marry? I'm guessing it's your culture for them to not leave alone unmarried women? but what if they marry? Many things can happen in more than 9 years, and if your sisters marry, it won't affect your petition, because siblings can file for married or unmarried siblings, the wait is the same. Of course, if they still decide to come to the US at that point.

They'll never be able to come together, since every petition has to be filed separatly, you can more or less calculate, more like guessing. You'll have to play it by ear.

That is a possibility; petition for your sister now, but hold off on the parents. When the sister's priority date becomes current- as you now know, this will be several years- petition for your parents. That way, they will all get their visas at the same time.

They can also try to come to the U.S. on a work visa, if they have the appropriate skills and a job offer.

I would also recommend that they apply for the diversity visa, in which folks are picked out randomly each year.

Work visa is cool but what its the likeness that mom, young sisters and old sister/s gets approved?

Even worst.... Diversity visa? This would really split them up... As you stated, it's random where mom may get picked, young sister tooo...and the others are stuck in a j.a.m. Or every one gets picked and mom is left solo....

To the OP your mom will just have to deal with some one being left behind. Because some one above stated an option that you could file for your sisters now and then some time after the next 8 years.... Put in the petition for your mom.... But gu ess what... I can but u that's it's a 1 in 100 their interview will be around the same time..... That's how the immi people seem to work. Especially when the cases WON'T be processed together
