My case was completed on Sep 22 at NVC, my case number is 2010704XX, I called NVC they said I my wife couldn't get interview in Oct because of 'limited capacity' in New Delhi(India) When do you guys I think I will get the interview ?

Still no response from NVC for interview date. Automated system still says 'your case was completed on sep22', is this normal ? I can't wait anymore :(
