They should really review their procedure about medical transfers from the POE to wherever it goes. It just doesnt work. We cannot count on them to be accurate and serious about anything. Pff

Hi Everyone,

I have been following everyone silently learning. I am in the same boat as many our case was transferred to CSC and has not had any response since December. I just got a text and email yesterday I thought it was card production. Unfortunately it turned out to be a RFE. I am wondering what it could be and based on the previous responses it might be medical so I will began the search to find an approved doctor here in Houston.

I wish everyone luck who is still waiting for some response from the USCIS. :thumbs:

Oh man, I came here hoping to see some good news, and now it seems CSC is losing medicals left and right. What the heck is going on over there?! I really feel frustrated for you guys, everyone who is not seeing progress like they ought to be :/

1/12/2015 - Application sent to Phoenix service center by USPS priority mail

1/14/2015 - Package received in Phoenix

1/16/2015 - NOA date (hard copy received 1/22)

1/20/2015 - Check cashed

4/29/2015 - Interview at Chicago field office - Approved!!!

5/22/2015 - Oath ceremony - Now a US citizen!!!!!!

Here is a positive spin. In only 16 more months we will have been married 2 years. At the break light speed they are traveling we too could get the ten year card and avoid the refiling at the two year mark. :rofl::help::thumbs::whistle::wacko::yes::P

My husband will be picking up his new medical results today and mailing them back to CSC. We're going on a little vacation to the beach this weekend. Hopefully next week will bring good news for all of us.

I too feel bad for you guys! This whole medical losing business is just ridiculous, it's not as though they don't know you need it to file AoS why isn't there a place that they get filed and barcoded. Sheesh!

They really should just let the immigrant keep their medical and submit it themselves with the AOS. It's not like it's top-secret info. It's your own personal medical records. Clearly we'd take better care of something we paid hundreds of dollars/euros for than DOS/USCIS does. :bonk: We paid 350 euro for John's medical in Ireland, and were lucky to get it redone here for only $230 ($195 + $35 for a flu shot). Plenty of people get charged way more.

Yes you were very fortunate but still you got ripped off at the same time. I know you must be way more frustrated than me but I think I would have raised supreme caca if it were me lol but I shouldn't complain my medical was 5 days expired when I sent in the AoS and I fully expected them to tell us to get a new one!

Come on approvals!!
