I got my green card Feb 12, have not been on all week to post but got it 9 days after my interview.

Our Green Card arrived in the mail today. We got our welcome to the USA letter a few days before. It was so nice to finally have it in our hands.

Congrats lbounds, I am sure you are ready for the 21 month break now, I know I am, the only thing is I have already started saving for ROC.

It's mostly for my son (open joint saving account, anything I have signed for his medical information, university papers, mail with his name showing this address what fun, but I enjoy doing what is best for my family. Like I said enjoy your break and wish you the best.

So, Sunday will be 4 months from filing for us, and all I'm seeing is November and December filers getting approved lately. We'll be going straight to a Senator on Monday.

Yes diffently time everything else had been smooth except for this last part Good luck on Monday, its time someone helps you out.

I am up to 4 months now 22nd October we filed. Had 2 rfe's and have sent them back the recent one 2 weeks ago and still no word. I am feeling so unimpressed right now as my K1 went faster than this AOS. AM over it really just want it done

So over the waiting.

Case was transferred to CSC as well last month Oh welll life goes on hey

This is all strange now, my wife had to go for a interview and we were done before the 4 months, and I had seen so many that had transfers get it first, only thing I didn't have was RFE (maybe that is the whole thing for us). I really hope that all of you with the transfers get news soon.

So no GC approval over the weekend. Couldn't make it in to the Senator's office today since we were working, but hopefully tomorrow if my husband has some time off work. I filled out the privacy form that he needs to hand in and wrote up the background info. Just need to make copies of the NOA and transfer notice and I think that's all that will be needed.

But other than no GC news, we had a great weekend. On Saturday we went out eating, drinking locally brewed beers, and playing pool and darts for the day. Nothing makes my hubs happier than food, alcohol, and me all mixed together...lol! Sunday was a nice lazy day.

An update from us : 1 ) I started working ! 2 ) Last week Uscis sent us the NOA for the replacement of my GC. We should all be set sometime soon. ( I hope ! )

Finally !!!

Olga had her interview 1 March and it went very well !!!! Waited an hour and twenty minutes and spent 15 minutes in the interview and that was that !!! Interviewer commented that Olga did very well with her english and that she ( the interviewer ) thought that Olga would have done well on the first attempt.... had we actually been interviewed.

The only thing the interviewer said to us at the end was " everything looks good, and we have everything we need " ... and then hustled us out the door. At 5 pm we rcv'd an email that stated " your card production has been ordered "
