We have an infopass appointment today in Seattle. We never got a return call after out interviewer said he would call the next day. It has been two weeks. I hope we can get to the I-485 area and request to talk to our Agent. Praying for the best.

We interviewed on Jan 5th. With no decision except for RFE. We responded to that but still no update on the I485 I called today & got the script to give them up to 60 days. Hopefully you'll get someone more helpful.. good luck let me know how it goes!

We were allowed in early for our appoinment and got no information. The agent had called to see the number of children my spouse has. He got the information from the I-485 application. 3 hour drive and $7.00 parking for 10 minutes...hurry up and wait some more.

Bah, I'm getting annoyed that almost all of the recent CSC green card approvals are for people with November NOA dates and transfer dates after ours. I'm happy for them, but please don't forget October filers, CSC!

Today, I finally received my GC . . . AND there is incorrect data on it. My country of birth isn' t Slovak Republic ( what the hell is Slovak Republic anyway ? There is only Slovakia ! ) My country of birth is Slovenia. The same data is correct on my AP & EAD ! I already have an info - pass for the upcoming Tuesday to discuss the issue with the USCIS local office here in WI. On the USCIS website I read there is a need to fill a certain form ( I - 90 ) with a fee ( around 300 $ ) Is USCIS gonna try to charge us for their own error ? What happens next ? There is NO WAY we' re paying for someone else' s mistake. I have such a headache ! :(

I would bring copies of your I-485 application. If that information is correct on the form the USCIS should re-issue the card at thier expense. :blink:
