We passed the interview on Monday! We got approved for the greencard. (L):D:wow::dance:

Best of all, the interview only lasted 5 minutes. They asked for hardly anything. Mind you we had a very strong K1 application. We had lived together for several years in the UK.

For those of you notified for EAD card order, did you get an Email or Text first? Morning? Afternoon?

We are getting close to our date soooo we are impatient :P

I so understand your impatience! I got a text message in the afternoon (early). I'm not sure when the email came in though.

Congrats to you both!! Our first October approval!! Woo woo

I'm curious if they asked you for any documents in support of your relationship? Lease agreement, pics, etc? I assume you had to at least give them updated paystubs and joint bank details?

Hi all, I got my interview letter today in the mail dated Dec 27, 2010 (No txt message or email was sent). The interview has been scheduled for February 2, 2011 at 8:30am which is exactly 4 months after my day of filing. I was wondering how long does the GC card takes to get delivered in the mail after the interview day.

It would be very helpful if Octobers filers who already had their interviews post their experiences to share here.

Quick question what date should I start from to keep track of number of days the day I sent out 25 Oct 2010 (71 days), day they received 28 Oct 2010 (68 days), or the date they notice date 2 Nov 2010 (64 days)?

Thanks

Hi. I haven't posted on here before, but I have been following everyone's progress. Just wanted to let you know that I also received my interview appointement letter today dated December 27 and that my interview is in February. Almost exactly 4 months after I filed my application. Things are moving along nicely (although I was starting to get nervous! ). So even though I didn't have any 'touches' after my BIO appointment in November, they were working on my file :)

Good luck everyone!

This is my first post since posting in the K-1 forums over a year ago. We filed my wifes AOS at the NBC mid October and she did biometrics in November. We recived an RFE late november for proof of income and replied a week later. Got notification that it was transfered to the California sevice center for quicker processing mid december and now we are just waiting. Her EAD got approved Dec 27 and we had the Card by the 29th
