just got my biometrics done last week.. only took 5 minutes :)

checked the uscis website today... only saw that i got a touch after the biometrics appointment...

still waiting for a letter or anything from them..

has any October filer received any sort of approval?

may i know who knows what month filer has last been heard getting approved?

Hey kababayan.. No approvals just yet but we've had a few touches.. Case was transferred to California Service Center. We're hoping for a little green in May's stocking..

Diffently need EAD for stepson so I can get him ready for grants and loans for Missouri State University, his paperwork has same timeline as his mother. Will keep everyone up to date here.

We got the AP today!! I dont think we can use it b/c we still have got the biometrics done but Im happy to see at least some movement. Also I was really worried that we were going to get an RFE. If we got the AP does that mean we probably wont get an RFE?

Got email today, EAD approved on December 9. And we are not going to have to have the interview on Dec 20.

My husband had to leave the country(Guam) last week for his job until Feb and wont be back here but go to San Diego, we made an infopass to ask if we could change a date or I could come to interview by myself. But they could not change and wanted us both for the interview. So we asked if we could have the interview in San Diego and they said it can be, we just have to call or email them here once we get the address in San Diego and they will process our case because our files are here already.

Congratulations everyone on the scheduled interviews & EAD, AP approved ! :dance:

As for us, no updates so far. The EAD & AP still show in initial review and AOS still shows in request for evidence review. Hopefully, we' ll get something in the mail before the end of the year and join the lucky group in which so many of you are already in ! :P

Hi Everyone

My DH and I filed for AOS and it was received on 10/6/2010. I received and completed BIO on 11/15 but website only updated anything since 11/16 which I assume was them adding the BIO information. sSnce then I've received interview apt for 1/5/2011 but no new on EAD? anyone else experienced this? I check the mail everyday but nothing.
