Today was the latest that my case has been "touched" since being transferred to CSC.. Transferred on the 17th, touched on the 24th, touched again today. Maybe I'll get lucky with an approval this week?

Let's hope for the best this week for us! We are quite a few now at the CSC stage!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, that's great news! :dance: I bet AP and/or EAD will come through right before the interview or something <_<

I'm not particularly interested in having an interview, but if we got one, at least we'd be able to be reasonably sure an approval is imminent. Going to CSC sounds great to avoid the interview, but it makes me a little anxious not knowing what they are doing over there.

I think I'm going to have a heart attack... I need that GC so bad before Jan 15th. NSF is giving me a full grant for Grad studies, tuition and stipend, all included, if i'm resident of course... I wish I had my interview on Dec 27th too...

I have a question for you... What office is processing your AoS and EAD? MSC(National Benefit Center) I think Chicago Lockbox is only a distribution point. It should be specified in the first three letters of your application form numbers in NOA..

Oh my gosh, I hope you get it really soon!! You obviously need it!! That's really great news! I don't know what NSF stands for, but you must be quite talented to get a full grant!!

I think everyone has an MSC number, ourselves included. I assume our case is still at the National Benefit Center since we haven't been updated otherwise! :hehe:

Is that the National Science Foundation? I really hope you hear back soon, especially since it would be in the interest of the US (we need more scientists). My local office has a reputation for processing these things really quickly. I looked at other timelines, and it looks like others in this area are having the same experience.

Good for you got touches after your biometric..What does it says in your touches? I just curious to know what update does it says after the biometric..

Sadly, no update online or no touches in our case online..It still stated the same that on Oct 25 they sent Hard copies of BOA and they will sent us the biometric schedule ( which is done dated 19. Nov.2010)...thats all we got...and AOS still in acceptance stage and both our EAD and AP still in initial stage...

Do I start calling USCIS on this matter???

No touches for us after my biometric schedule..and looks like for October Filer I was the only one no touches...so kinda worried though:=((

We have two sets of documents, one for my wife and one for our daughter. Only one set has been touched and not after the BIO appt. I called yesterday morning, after having to wake both my wife and daughter for permission to talk to me the phone agent read the oline status word for word to me. I advised her I could see that, I was just concerned no activity sine the BIO appt. She advised me in Seattle I need to wait 4 months for AOS and 75 for the worker EAD card. Sounds like near Chrsitmas.

I laughed a little at the news last night. Congress needs to extend the unemployment benefits, faced with needing to raise taxes....Yet everyone requesting an EAD wants to work, wants to pay taxes, can not be a charge to the State or Country because of the Affidavit of Support....maybe they should put more resources on EAD's and let all the nice people get to work. Just food for thought :bonk::devil::help:
