Mailed the package on 1 Oct, should be there today sometime. I think I have already found a " screw-up ' on my part tho' :blush: On the check I wrote one thousand and ten dollars and no cents ..... think I should have written 00/100 cents ..... Damn ! :(

I am also an October filer. I am under F1 category. Mailed AOS packet on Sep. 30th and it should receive within the next few days.

Hello all!

We're going to be October filers in 2 days - we are applying for AOS from K-1 for my husband from the UK. I'm the USC.

Entirely by coincidence, we will be sending off for AOS exactly a year from the day we sent off our K-1 petition.

Well, good luck to all the October filers, and good luck to everyone ahead of us ... because the sooner they are approved, the sooner WE can be approved :lol:

That is the same thing, should be fine at USCIS and the bank, Good Luck

Checking on the USPS website mine is a day late and pending signature, even though I wavived the need for a signature.

You may want to start a thread in the other adjustment of status forum. This one is for AOS from family-based visas (K-1, K-3). The other one is for AOS from any other visa (student, work, travel, etc). So the other one is more appropriate for your status adjustment.

We will be filing ASAP. Have to go to the courthouse today to get a certified copy of our marriage license.

Question...are you guys getting the vaccinations transcribed onto the I-693 or are you just sending a copy of the DS-3025? I had planned to get my husband's vaccinations transcribed but I forgot all about it, and now I want to mail everything off today or tomorrow. Can't do that if we still need the transcription.
