....and your employment is VOLUNTARY! The condition of your contract of employment requires you to belong to the union and you're bitching that that means you don't have choice. Union membership comes with your non-forced employment. Take it or leave it, Gary. Just stop bitching about it, especially given the fact that only about 12% of the labor force in this country has union representation.

At least you have stopped the clumsy attempts to justify it and get to the basics...we control it, you do it or you get out! Thanks. THAT's why only 12% of the workforce is unionized.

Less tha one percent is handicapped, yet we accomodate them. THEIR employment is also voluntary. Wheelcahir? No problem, "Take the effin' stairs or get the F out of your voluntary employment you effin' handicap scab!" Right? That's OK by you?

WHY are you so afraid of people having a choice? You spoke earlier of Democracy and votes and stuff. WHY are you afraid Steven?

You and everyone here knows why they want no choice in the matter. You trying to get them to say it is not going to happen. They would then have no power.
