Hello all... Accordign to the timeline, Visas with a NOA1 date of July 2, 2010 are being processed. I am one of the lucky June filers, and still havent received anything. USCIS website still says our case hasne been touched since July.. Just curious if anyone is having similiar experiences and if others have received an email/text notification from USCIS or their actual NOA2, then what their filing date was. Thanks so much for everyones help and input!

I filed at VSC with a NOA1 dated 7/29/10 and have not seen any updates to USCIS website since 8/5/10. I am shooting towards end of November for NOA2.

We all in it together guys!

There are probably 5 threads going right now about this. You should get in the habit of checking Igor's List (click Immigration Timelines at the top of the page) to see who is actually getting approved right now. The VJ estimates are based on user timelines and therefore aren't always accurate. Also you may want to check out the K1 Progress Reports forum to see other people's progress.

Met: December 2009

They seem to be working in spurts....right now they are not approving anyone....look at Igors timeline and select Vermont and all applicants....you will see that since those approved in July/early August...almost no Noa 2 approvals. Soon they will start again...and will play catch up....
