Hello!!

I am on a K1 and got married 2 weeks ago! I sent in my AOS and Work forms exactly 1 week ago!

Does anyone know how long I have to wait before I receive a response that my papers have been approved and all is in order?? I want to work as soon as possible!

I am just sitting here waiting and it is very frustrating :/

It will take around 3 months. Sometimes more sometimes less for the GC. EAD and AP are usually around 2 months.

OP - you arrived on a K1 therefore your are "AOS from FAmily Based Visas". Welcome to the US :) Please feel free to have a look in the "AOS Family Visa progress" and join the appropriate filer group to get an idea of what everyone else is experiencing.
