hello, i will just ask,i just received a mail I797c notice of action and the type of notice was transfer notice, saying this advice is in order to speed up processing they transfer the case(I485 application to adjust stat to permanent res stat)to California service center is there anyone here have the same as me?do i have to worry about this notice? i will be happy to hear advice from all of you thanks in advance take care

A lot of people get this, there are posts almost daily about the transfer to CSC. Its not really faster processing but it likely means you wont have an interview.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Most K1 entrants get their Adjustment of Status applications sent to CSC.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
