If any of the fees have been generated - pay them. After their status have changed to PAID- the option to print the cover sheet will be enabled so print the cover sheet, then attach the cover sheet to the front of the "PAID" package & mail it off to the address on the cover sheet.

It is called being proactive & nor reactive.

@Fatima As far as I understand and did myself it's totally okay to pay any of the bills once they show as ready and send the packet(s) in. I haven't and a lot of others here haven't received an email with the 3032 kit and bill instructions; yet were still able to pay the AOS bill online once you get your IIN; and once paid send that packet priority!!

You do have to wait for them to email that kit before attempting to hurry the acceptance of the ds 3032. That's jumping the gun since they're waiting on this one little thing for our cases to be marked as 'ready' for it. Balls in their court, but we're all like: 'Freaking pass it already!!! We're ready to finish the game eh!!!'... Well, that's how i feel about it in a nutshell

BTW has anyone been able to pay IV bill here without receiving these emails?? Just curious...

Thanks koaxaca1, let's hope things will move smoothly for everyone here. Good luck

@Koaxacal --> I think your assumption is right. They are not going to prcoess the DS3032 without sending the emails out. It is quite possible they will all head out tonight ( I meant the emails :) ) looking at past history.

I don't think anyone here has their DS3032 accepted before receiving the emails. I remember Indigoskies recd the email(s) and his SUE thingie worked. I guess SUE bypass will also be ignored if the emails haven't been sent. Fictious Sue is not as almighty as we thought her to be :)

Guess we just have to wait and the next time someone call's NVC, ask them if all is ok with their email server/system. Their response will could be ..it will be fine in 4 to 6 weeks time :)

@ malvika& others in our boat:

guess we just have to wait until they click send with those emails...I sent all versions of ds 3032: hard copy, email, scan&email, but they arent going to do anything for us until we get that email with the aos bill and ds3032 info from them  This really sucks and i hope that they send us an email soon so we can hurry up with the process! i would still just keep checkin the payment portal and if that IV bill is ready PAY IT! it's an obvious acceptance of a 3032 according to what i read here. good luck!!

I also just called and got through with an operator at NVC and he gave me the dreaded 4-6 weeks and said there's no way of rushing it...i really hope we dont have to wait that long...it's hard seeing others get it sooner (no offense to anyone) when you're in the exact same process and hoping for the exact same speedy completion that makes us a step closer to being where we belong- with our spouses &/our family!! This is so crazy to me all the politics paperwork and time going into all this for something that should just be...i hope that in the future they speed this process up or make it go by smoother and more efficiently. anyways enough with my rant and onto my day...hope we all get to our next steps soon :)

That's so true. NVC operators are like parrots. They always stick that 4-6 with anything and everything.

I called NVC the day before and asked for IIN, the lady gave me my IIN and also told that there's not any invoice generated yet, wait for 4-6 weeks. When I went online payment portal my AOS was there and I paid it immediately. So I usually do not believe what NVC operator tell.

You should see my handwriting :D

What I did was attach a typed/printed mailing label next to the Express mail label so if they couldn't make out my handwriting - then they can read the printed label.

I usually attach a printed label to every piece of mail that I am required to hand write the address (express mail, etc).

My AOS package was also delivered today at the same time as everybody else.

Waiting for the IV bill to show as PAID.

But my hand writing is pretty and beautiful. It's not my fault America cannot appreciate my John Hancok-y cursive writings. It's all type-this and type-that. I enjoy hand-crafting my thoughts. Anyways, up until know I would take the express mailing level and feed it into my typewriter and type the address. I didn't do it this time because I thought the self-helping machine at the PO would type my address. But no. It printed a blank label. At this point I was left with two options: 1) Come home and type and mail or 2) write and mail. I chose the later.

I too am waiting for IV bill to be paid. Even though I can't do anything with it until next week. It will be paid by 3:33 CST.
