Hey Guys,

Question, Once the AOS bill is paid... will NVC email us with the AOS details to submit Or is it that we wont get any email/notification and they expect us to just send in the form/items?

Once the AOS fee status shows PAID, the button (Print and Email Barcode sheet) below of that screen will enable. Print the barcode sheet, include it in the package and mail to NVC at the address specified on the barcode sheet.

Okay has anyone received this response after the beneficiary emailed a scanned ds 3032 with ATTN: Sue:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary, and/or attorney of record will receive further instructions regarding the processing of this petition.

The NVC is unable to add agent contact information to the case record at this time. Please continue to notify the NVC if your address changes.

Any documents received at the National Visa Center that have not been requested will not be reviewed and may be returned to you. Please do not send any documents until they are requested.

According to our records, your Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and submit it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.

Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864A, or I-864W and/or the instructions.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

I'm worried about the info in bold I don't know if this is just because I haven't received the ds 3032 & bill instructions yet in email or what? Anyways I already sent in the AOS packet yesterday since it showed as PAID & the barcode cover sheet was ready so they better not return that!! I think they're just referring to ds 3032's. But this makes me think that they dont even look at emailed 3032's until the case is inputted into their system for the next step...I guess I just have to wait for those emails...Anyone else run into this problem here??

This means you have to wait some more time.

Also, keep checking the payment portal to see IV fee is ready. Sometimes, NVC's emails may be confusing as well.

Yea I just read back a couple pages and saw Darnell's comments about this and that's where we stand right now... it sucks! so i'm going to yet again call that NVC and request for the ds3032 and bill info to be emailed...arghhhh

Update...Usem called us this morning said the BC are not correct need a different format and a translation no problem will have them November 3rd. Medical scheduled for November 2nd. Trying to schedule interview for November 8th or 9th and POE on November 13th.

Sent out my DS3032 with the email in text and the ATTN:SUE SUPERVISOR prefixed at 7:45 AM, no reply yet (6 hours and counting)

Looks like my IV fee will be PAID today. But sadly, I won't be able to ship out the IV package until next week. Wife is going to send me stuff using FedEX. But Friday in Bangladesh is a weekend. It's already Friday there. And Saturday is a weekend too. So she won't be able to send it until Sunday. I'd get it Wednesday. Then ship it out Thursday. Oh well. Hopefully, AOS package will be done at NVC by then.

I waited 7 months. I can wait another week. By the way, do you guys think it's possible for my wife to get an interview in December?

Phew! AOS package delivered to the right address and on time. I was a bit worried because I hand-wrote the address. I write cursive and my hand-writing has been called John Hancock-y. Glad to see USPS could read my writing and delivered it to the right address and it's been signed in my N VISA CENTER like everyone else's.

Amazing ! Mine was also delivered at 11:26 AM this morning. I guess delivery man from USPS carries few sacks with thousands of letters to NVC everyday

Well after much reading and assistance from members as I stand now I have my case number and INN number. On-line billing still shows no invoice. Just waiting for now.

Oh, BTW, I called USEM Manila and asked for an earlier interview, and the representative told me he was willing to give me a November interview (there are still spots for interview for Nov 2-22nd), only problem is they don't have the case files yet so they can't do anything at this time. I called NVC tonight (got through after 97x redial, and on hold for 52minutes, honeslty, it's getting harder and harder to talk to a human!), and spoke to a supervisor again, she asked me the name of the supervisor I talked to and told me to call USEM Manila, because, she said, NVC does the scheduling. She said, the embassy can't schedule the interview because they don't have the files (makes sense). Oh well, it was worth a try.

hi im also waitng for my husband's interview in Manila.case completed 10/8/10.update me of your progress please? oh and btw,i called the NVC today and she said "no schedule yet" and "i don't know","i don't know",haha no matter what i asked she would just answer me witth i don't know..hoping for a great news next week. or a week after... goodluck to us!
