Guys I called the AVR at 4am ish this morning and got a NVC case number. My wife managed to get the IIN number. I logged on and got a message of :

[Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error. ]

Any thoughts on this.

10/26/10: NVC Case# received by calling AVR.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

11/12/10: IV package mailed USPS express.

11/15/2010: IV package recieved by NVC.

11/19/10: AOS entered into System.

11/29/10: IV Entered into System

01/14/11: Interview (APPROVED)

ROC:

01/03/2013 I-751 package sent.

01/04/2013 package received.

01/07/2013 check cashed.

Hi Asad, I don't think that's abnormal, I am pretty sure both of my payments were accepted the next day also. At most it might have been two days, but I am positive the first one was cleared the next day, and am pretty sure the second was also.

@PVK...

Not sure what to make of that...are you SURE you typed the info in correctly when you logged in? Have you sent them anything yet or got any email from them? Other than that, I don't know enough to be of any real help. Sorry. Others may chime in with experience. I would try to get in on the phone again and ASK the agent what is up with the case... Seems they always know more info than the automated systems facing the public do.

How do i ad a time line in my signature window,?

Go to settings then to profile then to change signature. You can enter your timeline in the signature and when you post a comment it will always show on the bottom of your post :) .

Just an update on our status. IV bill was paid yesterday and sent off the IV packet today overnight mail. Now that real wait begins for NVC. Hope everyone is doing well in their journey. Keep you updated if anything changes.

Send a normal one now since your NVC Case# is very new.

Send Sue version when you see AOS bill ready to pay, but IV fee don't show up in the payment portal.

Ater 6 months of waiting every other day feels like another year.

I got NOA 2 on 10/15/10 and NVC received docs on 10/22/10. I called them that day and they gave me NVC # and IIN number (!)

My wife sent the choice of agent e-mail on 10/24/10.

So what do I need to do now? I check sign-in page daily and this is 5 days as I see "NOT INVOICED". How long is it gonna take to get the invoice? I call them and was told there is no record of the choice of agent and I have to wait 2-4 weeks for the next step....
