Pay you IV today. Your IV and Choice of Agent are independent tracks and do not influence each other. It is possible that you might have emailed the DS3032 before your IIN was genreated like most folks here.

Snail mail it again - (shouldn't hurt) now that you have your IIN.

Its been almost a week since I send the Agent of choice email but have not received the email stating that it has been accepted. I did however get invoiced for the IV application today...so does that mean that the agent of choice was accepted???

Go to settings then to profile then to change signature. You can enter your timeline in the signature and when you post a comment it will always show on the bottom of your post . Have fun:P

I called NVC just now for sh**s and giggles. To check on the status of the case. -snickers- The guy's all like, "Looks like the $88 fee has cleared. Go ahead and sent the AOS package in now. IV fee will clear tomorrow. Then you can send the IV package." I did find out that only marriage, birth, and divorce certificate has to be original. Police certificate can be copy. Good deal!

It is nice to see 'Oct NVC filer". I am still trying to get NVC to acknowledge that they got our approved I-130.

I also noticed that USCIS showes my case as in the review process. However USCIS has sent approval dated Oct 05, long time ago. NVC has not sent any thing to both of us so far.

Welcome to NVC Club! NVC will send the snail mail to you after 1 or 2 months.

You really aren't waiting for 'postal' stuff, right?

By now, since the 5 of October, you should have 'learned' a bit about NVC Processing, and made sure the USCitizen Spouse can use a telephone and has the phone number to NVC.

Yes, I plan to email the DS3032 in the format shown on this site. Not sure what you mean by include pdf. Am assuming you got your wife sign it and scanned it or is it a pdf without her signature on the form. Why is it that you attach the pdf along with the mail ? I thought the email itself was sufficient. I sent the ds3032 to my wife in India to sign and I will receive it next week. Plan to express mail that when I receive it in addition to the email.

You can EMAIL the ASCII DATA as shown in the WIKI page, and

it's just the FORM DATA, in ASCII TEXT, in the body of the email.

No signature because

there's NO FORM.

It's just the FORM DATA.

And yes, it must be emailed from the beneficiary's address.

OR

Have the Beneficiary send in the DS-3032 via POSTAL MAIL.

Hello everyone my petition was approved on Oct 20th waiting for NVC to assign a case # so that I can give them both our email addy. I have already compiled my AOS docs.

Yes, you wait for SIF&CC and I wish you NO RFEs!

Me too! I thought for sure that we would have an RFE...I am amazed we didn't get one. On the DS-230 I sent in had the kid's signatures, but it was in black felt pen, so I thought they would bounce it back for a new (original) signature. AND we forgot to have my wife also sign for the minor kids on that same line. AND there were a few various boxes I forgot to fill in (though they were only a couple of the dates that I could not enter "not applicable" in on the online form, so I was going to go back later and write it by hand).

All small details that have apparently been overlooked by our NVC processor, thankfully, but all were issues reported by others in the past that resulted in an RFE.

I got my NVC case Number today called the AVR early this morning and latter in the day my wife managed to get the IIN number thru the operator. I logged in but i get this message :

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

Any thoughts on this?.

I also had my wife (beneficiary) the email request for the Choice of Agent (COA) she still had not got a email response back.
