Happy for you but blood pressure going up here. Did you ever receive an initial autoemail from the supervisor sue version? And what time (and time zone) did you send it? Ours was send 7:51 Pacific time.

Emails to Sue will not get auto response. It will be a valid response. Normally couple of hours. You should see it tomorrow morning. Now all of them are sleeping.

Didn't get any auto mail.

Sent mail to in Sue's attention at Tue, Oct 26, 2010 at 3:33 PM CST; Response received on Tue, Oct 26, 2010 at 10:45 PM CST.

So 7.5 hours delay between response.

In the subject line put Attn: Supervisor Sue then beneficiary name and case number it still goes to NVC inquiry. I used it today and got a response in a couple of hours. Thanks to Loto's hintyes.gif Did you scan and email your signned DS-3032 to NVC?

My I-130 approved on 10/07/2010 and received NOA 2 hard Copy on 10/13/2010

I called auto system NVC everyday but no case # yet...I cant call to speak to operator because the line alyways busy ...What should I do ? :(

so looks as though the trick is to email sue yet we still haven't received the nvc email of the 3032 kit & bill info (it's been almost 2 weeks since we got our case # and emailed the 3032 initially). I paid the AOS though and it should show as paid soon and am wondering if i should just have my husband fill out the generic ( no barcode ) ds 3032 hard copy scan it and email it with ATTN sue? (our IV bill hasn't been invoiced yet obviously)

Does anyone think this would work to speed things up for us since we havent received our emails yet?? or do we have to wait for the email? Anyone else in a similar boat here? I just sent out a hard copy of the 3032 as well today. Hopefully something works here. Anyways let us know :-) thanks!!!

Just keep calling. It took me several days of calling to talk with someone at NVC to get a case number.

The DS3032 specifically mailed to Supervisor Sue worked. My IV was also invoiced and I paid it. Happy day for everyone. Thanks Loto-mysterio. I'm gonna have a great night of sleep tonight. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
